Repeat and Evolve

Warm up, cool downs and little routines you can implement in your day to become a better, stronger and more energised. These classes are short in duration and can be done to pre- habilitate the body and focus on form and technique on a specific movement. Short on time? This one is for you with workouts under 10 mins. Got some extra time spore before a pilates in person? This is the perfect way to prep for any in person classes or as a cool down after class. 

No weights, No worries

Description: Body weighted classes that only require you and a mat or soft surface beneath you. Duration of workouts vary from 10-40 mins. If your after quick on the go class or if you have more time and can endure a spicy full body burn. This is the perfect workout when you’re travelling and want to work out from the comfort of your hotel, you’re a mum filling time between school pick up or you’re working from home and are after a lunchtime spice!

Heart- rate Hitter

Full body workouts that challenge the efficacy of speed and reward you with maximum endorphins. Adding our signature TMB multi- planner programming, prepare to challenge the directions of your body on the mat. From left to right, forward and back, up and down – these directional changes gives you a new found sense of balance, athletic cardiovascular endurance, mobility and strength. This is a  challenging flow that will make you feel like you don’t know where you started or finished, instead a complete a 10-45 mins of mind body. You will need a mat or soft surface beneath you. Note this is not a pregnancy friendly series as it is built to increase your heart rate. 

Weighted
& Warm

Weighted classes that require you, and or ankle weights, hand weights, a resistance band or ball and a mat or soft surface beneath you. Classes are aimed to give you a deep warm burn in all areas of the body. Duration of workouts vary from 10-40 mins. It’s time to kick butt, up the anti and get yourself that little bit stronger. This is a beginner friendly series and can be used a progression from no weights no worries. This one is for those who want to feel a little bit more than a gentle breeze.

Combing pilates with elements of yoga mobility and strength training, you will feel an energetic shift in your body and mind. Duration of workouts vary from a quick on the go class or if you have more time spare 20-40 mins.

Note that all classes will specify if they are pregnancy friendly or not.
